Rising leaders face new challenges and responsibilities in the new role. The skills and thought process required for success are drastically different than that of an individual contributor. This program addresses development in 3 key areas; Leadership, Communications, and Staff Development.
The program is structured to combine individual coaching with group training and internal networking. A group of 12 new managers will navigate the program together. The sessions run for a half day every other week. The second half of the day is allocated to individual coaching for each participant. They will have a 20 minute session to develop an action plan around the content of the day and discuss progress on the previous session’s plan.
The program can be customized based on industry, company, or job function. The program content, length, and delivery order are also adaptable. Additional modules can be added, examples are listed below.
Objectives are set by the organization but may include:
